He tells him that what makes somebody the king is what he'll do after obtaining the power and what kind of king he will become depends on him. Zagan notices that Hakuryuu still can't accept this and asks him why does he look like he's reached the end after merely getting a Djinn. He adds that he doesn't want to become the second choice for someone who can't even handle a single Djinn. He says that he wouldn't work under the same master as Amon, and above all, Alibaba wasn't even able to master Amon. Zagan realizes that he's talking about Alibaba but thinks that he is totally out. Hakuryuu still thinks that there are people more suitable than him. Also, his Magoi Manipulation is compatible with his abilities. Zagan explains that he's the most talented when it comes to using him and has the most Magoi of the gathered eligible to obtain him. His choice is Hakuryuu, who doesn't really agree with this. However, when Alibaba tries talking to him, he vomits on him and asks to let only Magi talk to him, because not-Magi make him sick, as he really hates humans. He gives Morgiana part of his Magoi to save her life. He promises to undo the Magic cast on the Torran villagers and asks for forgiveness for not being able to do anything before. He bows deeply before Aladdin and apologizes. He then introduces himself as a Djinn of loyalty and purity. Zagan appears before Aladdin, Alibaba, Morgiana and Hakuryuu asking who will become a king. Zagan was in the Dungeon, Zagan until Hakuryuu, Morgiana, Aladdin, and Alibaba captured it. Zagan used to live in Alma Torran and was part of King Solomon's Household. Though despite his hatred for humans he seems to have accepted Hakuryuu Ren as his master. As a matter of fact, the dungeon where Zepar resided was the 16th as well.He dislikes all humans except for Magi. In the first section of this book, entitled Ars Goetia, several demons are described, Zepar being the sixteenth. His name is probably taken from the book The Lesser Key of Solomon. This was the reason that he could come out with countermeasures against the Kou empire so quickly. He says he does this so that he can know everything in the world. Sinbad had done this with Kougyoku during their fight and to two other unknown people, one of whom Sinbad stated lives in his territory. He does this by forcing his own rukh into their body. Not only can he do that, but he can also control other people's minds by using a special type of sound wave. Sinbad has stated that because it is a tasteless move, it affects everyone in the vicinity to some degree. When used on Kougyoku Ren, he told her mind to sleep. In this form, he is able to perform an incredibly loud scream, via Sound Magic, that is able to "command" others into doing something. In this form, Sinbad has the appearance of a small imp with dragon wings, hooves, two pairs of horns, a furry tail, and a third eye. The ring has a small Seal of Solomon on it, like all other metal vessels. Zepar's Metal Vessel is a ring that Sinbad wears on his right middle finger. After Sinbad had merged his Rukh with Serendine's which in the process Serendine has passed on, Zepar becomes Sinbad's Djinn. Sound Control Zepar has the ability to control the sixth type of Magic, Sound. Plot Second Sindria Arc Alma Torran Arc Īs Ugo presented Aladdin to Zepar, saying how Amon and Zagan were fighting earlier, Zepar smiles and notes that the two Djinn's never got along with each other. Zepar, along with the rest of the Djinn, were created by King Solomon from Rukh. Zepar used to live in Alma Torran and was part of King Solomon's Household. Zepar believes that a king must live a lonesome existence, being au fait of the fact that the betrayal, of a king's allies, would cause the quietus of a king and everything he ruled thus, like Leraje, Zepar prefers if the world was not ruled by a single king. However, he was not nescient about this fact, as he aplogised later for his initial behavoir, as Zepar was dissembling his true motives so he can test his King Candidates. Zepar initially presents himself as a vainglorious individual who does not like it when things does not go his way. He appears to always have a mischievous smile on his face. Zepar has the appearance of an imp, with a potbelly, horns sprouting out of his head and bat wings on his back.
